Welcome

Welcome to my Website! If you’re looking for a professional clinical massage therapist who is highly knowledgeable about the body, the way it should align, and function including before, during, and after pregnancy, as well as falls and injuries of your children, you have come to the right place. I am trained in a variety of modalities, and you can click on the "About Me" page to learn more details. My "Contact Me" page is where you can asked any questions and make appointment requests. (I do not respond to solicitations.)  My "Rates" and "Hours" pages are self explanatory.

I have reached a stage in my life that is regarded as retirement by many, but I like to refer to as evolution.  I have been preparing for my next life for a number of years. I have no debts and I am looking forward to a spiritual journey through travel, art, music, and communing with Nature during this end stage of life.  My office lease ends at the end of April 2023 and I will be closing my practice to undertake this journey.

**So, I do not want to leave you hanging.  If your insurance does not cover traditional Osteopathic health, then find a therapist who is certified by the Barrel Institute, or Eric Dalton's Muscle Skeletal work, or Tom Meyer's Anatomy Trains work, or Neuromuscular Therapy, Positional Release Techniques, and Muscle Energy Technique originated by Leon Chatow and taught to a number of great followers of his work, or Orthopedic Massage researched and taught by Whitney Lowe, and Structural Myofascial/ Hellerwork by Howard Rontal.  Each of their websites have a page of therapists certified in their modality.  These are just a few methods of study and practice out here that offer certification in bodywork.  The therapist that has a broad study in osteopathic health, Rolfing/Hellerwork, and energy work comes the closest to my expertise.  I wish you luck in your search and I will update the Other Therapist Referral page when I learn of other therapists who fit into my line of practice.  Do remember this therapist must be somebody who works with you and of course you with the therapist.  So, Breathe...

As for COVID19 there are constant changes in the virus, people's responses, and government responses.

PLEASE NOTE: (update 7) Though the Massachusetts adult and child population is vaccinated, everybody is still able to contact one of the many variants of Covid in the public sphere and bring it home to their families, or pass it to the adults that work with them.  So, if you are feeling ill, whether its allergies, feeling under the weather, stuffy, and any of the COVID and flu signs you must test negative and quarantine for 5 days before your appointment or reschedule.  Also, after you get vaccinated, including the flu vaccine, you must wait five days, to be sure all side affects have passed, before making your appointment.  Plus, masking is require year around and double masking is required for the cold season. (Nov '22)

PLEASE NOTE: (update 8)  With all the other diseases besides covid now arriving I am still requiring that all patients come freshly showered, wearing freshly laundered clothes, AND wear one (or two) mask(s). You are to maintain social distancing with all family or household members during your prep time.  I will be wearing two or three masks while working on you.  I have plenty of hand sanitizer to use and bleach for restroom use.  (Aug '22))

I know this seems redundant but we do not have the same quality health care system for everybody as the more advanced countries in place.

Thanks for visiting, and have a great day.  Stay safe in all your movements and keep your immune systems safe, too!
